From The Zohar
Come and see: It is
written, "That brings out their host by number" (Yeshayah 40:26),
meaning that the Holy One, blessed be He, brought forth all the hosts and
companies and stars, each one by name and none was missing. Throughout the
stars and constellations of all the firmaments, leaders, and supervisors were
appointed to minister the world, each one as is worthy for him. There is not
even one small blade of grass in the world that does not have a star and
constellation in the firmament that rules over it, and over each and every star
is an appointee that serves before the Holy One, blessed be He, as is proper
for Him.
